How conversation summaries work
Summarize any thread into what happened and what's still open - so handoffs keep the whole story.
Long threads are where context goes to die: the resident texts on Monday, the plumber reschedules on Wednesday, and by Friday whoever opens the conversation has to reread thirty messages to know where things stand. Summarize gives them the whole story in one glance.
Using it
-
1
Open any conversation in Messages and choose Summarize.
-
2
PropFlow condenses the thread into what happened and what's still open.
-
3
The summary appears beside the thread - the full message history stays one scroll away.
Where it earns its keep
- Shift handoffs: whoever picks up the thread starts with the whole story, not an archaeology dig.
- A manager stepping into an escalation gets current in seconds.
- Back from a week away, you catch up on a building's threads without rereading them.
The guardrails
- Summaries are generated when you ask, and recorded like every other suggestion.
- The summary never replaces the thread - the full history is always there.
- Your data stays in PropFlow and never trains anyone else's software.
Nothing to configure - Summarize is available on every conversation, on every plan.
