Operations > Messages is your team's inbox. Every conversation threads by person - whether they texted, wrote from their resident portal, or used the mobile app, it's one thread. Unread conversations are unmistakable: a dot, bold name, and a count.

How to work the inbox

    Open Operations > Messages. Unread threads carry a dot and a bold name; the badge shows how many need you.

    Open a thread to see the person's context beside it: lease, live balance, open work orders, and internal notes only your team sees.

    Reply in the thread - PropFlow sends it back the way they wrote you (text or portal).

  4. 4

    Assign the conversation to a teammate, and categorize it (new messages auto-classify: maintenance, payment, emergency).

  5. 5

    See a maintenance issue? New from thread creates a linked work order pre-filled from the conversation.

  6. 6

    Archive what's done. Search finds anything by name, phone or message text.
