Sign a lease online

Build the lease, send it for e-signature, store the signed copy.

Leases go from draft to legally-binding e-signature without a printer. The signed document stays attached to the lease record forever.

How to get a lease signed

  1. 1

Open Portfolio > Leases and create the lease with its terms (unit, resident, rent, dates).

  2. 2

Generate the lease document, then click Send to sign.

  3. 3

The resident gets a secure signing link by email - no account needed to sign.

  4. 4

Track the signature status on the lease, and find the signed PDF stored against it when it's done.

Pair it with a move-in inspection so condition is documented the day the lease starts - deposits stay drama-free.
