One conversation across SMS, the portal and the app - and their choices.
Residents can message your team from their portal or the mobile app, and it lands in the same conversation as their texts - your team never has to care where a message came from, and the resident sees one continuous history.
Under Notifications in their portal, each resident controls SMS for themselves: an optional opt-in with plain-language terms, and one-tap opt-out any time. Important account activity always reaches them by email and in the portal.
