Invite residents to their portal

One toggle sends the welcome email; residents set a password and they're in.

From their portal, residents see their lease and balance, pay rent, file maintenance requests, message your team, read announcements, and manage their notification preferences.

How to invite a resident

    Open Portfolio > Residents and click New resident: name, email and mobile number (the number is their identity for texting, though texting them requires their opt-in).

    Turn on Portal access. PropFlow emails them a welcome link to set their password - automatically.

  3. 3

    They sign in and land in their portal, branded to your company.

  4. 4

    Lost the email? Use Resend invite on the resident's page - the link is one-time and expires for safety.
