Run reports

Occupancy, collection and profit - on screen or as a PDF.

Money > Reports is the portfolio in numbers: portfolio overview (properties, units, occupancy, expiring leases), rent collection for the period, and profit and loss with an income-versus-expense chart.

How to run one

Open Money > Reports.

Pick the period: This month, Last month, Quarter to date, Year to date, or Last 12 months.

Read it on screen - every number reflects what's actually recorded.

Click Download PDF for a clean report to file or forward.
