How it works

PropFlow does the first pass on every inbound message and new work order: sorting it by category and urgency, flagging emergencies and likely duplicates, suggesting a vendor from your own roster, and pre-drafting a reply for your edit. It works from your portfolio's own history, and every call your team makes is remembered, so it tracks your standards more closely over time - month six is sharper than day one. Nothing is ever sent or assigned on its own: your team always has the last word.
