Sync with QuickBooks Online

Once connected, recorded rent payments post automatically as sales receipts, and platform fees post as expenses, so your books net to what actually hit the bank. Works for online payments and manually recorded ones alike.

How to connect

   Open Settings > Integrations and click Connect QuickBooks (a standard secure authorization - PropFlow never sees your QuickBooks password).

   Choose your accounts: where rent income and fees should post.

   Leave Auto-sync new payments on. From now on, recorded payments appear in QuickBooks on their own.

   Check Recent syncs on the same page any time - every posting is listed with its status.

• Disconnect any time from the same page - nothing else changes.
