Owner statements and the owner portal

Owners get a read-only portal scoped to the doors they own: revenue, their monthly statement (gross, your management fee, their net), and their properties' activity. The numbers owners see always match your books, because they're the same records.

How to set an owner up

   Open Portfolio > Owners and click New owner: name, email, and their management fee percentage.

   Link the properties they own.

   Invite them to the owner portal from their page.

   Their monthly statement builds itself from the payments actually recorded - online or manual - with your fee applied.
