What residents see when they pay

A clean portal: balance, pay button, receipts and history.

Residents get their own portal - branded to your company - showing their unit, current balance, and upcoming rent. Payments reflect immediately on both sides: the resident sees their balance clear, you see the charge settle on the ledger.

How a resident pays

    The resident signs in to their portal and opens Pay rent.

    They choose card or US bank (ACH) and confirm the amount.

    The ledger updates live on both sides. Bank (ACH) payments show as pending until they settle; cards settle immediately.

  4. 4

    Their full payment history stays in the portal - every receipt, every partial payment.

When online payments aren't enabled, residents still see their balance and history, and you record what you collect by hand.
