How to bill a month

Open Money > Rent.

Click Bill rent and confirm. PropFlow creates this month's rent charge for every active lease, using each lease's amount and due day.

Add any one-off charge (a fee, a utility true-up) with New charge.

Track the month with the status chips: All, Overdue, Open and Paid - and the collected-versus-billed summary up top.

Billing is idempotent for the month - charges that already exist aren't duplicated, so it's safe to click again.
