Card and bank payments straight to your own bank account.

PropFlow Payments connects your organization to its own payout account (powered by Stripe). You remain the merchant of record: payments land against the right charge automatically, the ledger updates live for you and the resident, receipts go out, and funds pay out to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule.

How to turn it on

Open Settings > Integrations and find PropFlow Payments.

Complete the guided onboarding once: business details and the bank account rent should pay out to.

When the account is verified, residents see Pay rent in their portal - by card or US bank (ACH).

Watch payments settle on Money > Rent; payouts to your bank appear under Recent payouts on the integration page.

Each payment shows its status on the lease ledger - including bank transfers that take a few days to settle.
Platform fees depend on your plan and are shown on the pricing page - no hidden spread.
