Create your organization

PropFlow organizes everything around your company - an organization. The portal adapts to what you run: residential teams get the portfolio, rent and maintenance workspace; campus teams get buildings, rooms and roster tools; short-term rental operators get reservations, guests and turnover.

How to start

   Go to Start free and sign up with your email and a password.

2. 2

   Name your organization and choose how you operate: residential property management, student housing, or short-term rentals.

   That's it - your operator portal opens with a free trial of every feature. No credit card is needed to start.

• Your trial includes every feature - nothing is gated during the trial period.
• You can belong to more than one organization with one login and switch between them from the top-left switcher.
• Billing lives under Billing in the sidebar whenever you're ready to subscribe.
