Invite your team

Roles decide what each teammate can see and do.

Owners and managers run the whole operation, staff handle day-to-day work, and workers (field staff) see only the operational surfaces they need - like work orders.

How to invite a teammate

    Open Settings > Team.

  2. 2

    Invite your teammate by email and pick their role.

  3. 3

    They receive an email link to set their password and land in your organization.

Every sign-in is recorded in each person's own login history (Settings > Recent sign-ins), and everyone can see and revoke their signed-in devices.

Give vendors their own vendor logins instead of team seats - they get a portal showing only the jobs assigned to them.
