How turnovers run

    Open Operations > Turnover & cleaning to see every cleaning and repair job, filterable by status.

    Create a turnover against the property with its priority and details - underneath it's a real work order on the same maintenance engine as everything else.

    Use the quick actions to start a job when the cleaner walks in and resolve it when the unit is guest-ready.

    The property's history keeps the record, stay after stay.
