Run reservations and guests

The short-term rental portal is built around stays. Each reservation carries its guest, dates, payments and messages, so the whole story of a stay lives in one place.

How to manage stays

1. 1

   Open Rentals > Properties and add each rental with Add property.

2. 2

   Create a stay with New reservation: pick the property, dates and guest (add the guest as you go with Add guest).

3. 3

   Open any reservation to see its timeline - guest details, payments and messages together.

4. 4

   Keep the guest book under Rentals > Guests; returning guests keep their history.

Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com channel sync is on the roadmap - the portal is built to receive it.
