PropFlow holds sensitive data, so every user gets visibility into their own account activity: which devices are signed in, and a history of recent sign-ins with method and IP.

How to review your account

   Open Settings (under your profile menu).

   Check Devices & sessions: every signed-in device - web and mobile app - with when it was last active.

   Sign out any device you don't recognize, instantly.

   Review Recent sign-ins below: each entry shows the method (password, email link, mobile app), device and IP.

   Residents have the same controls in their portal under Notifications.

• Team invitations use a one-time email link to set a password; after that, email and password is the way in.
• Sign-in, password-reset and contact endpoints are rate-limited against brute force, and one-time links expire.
