Maintenance by text, with automatic student ID

Students text; PropFlow attaches room, bed and history automatically.

Students never install an app or remember a login. They text the campus number; PropFlow identifies them by phone, attaches their room, building and bed, and routes an enriched work order to facilities.

What happens on a text

    A student texts the campus PropFlow number about a problem.

  2. 2

    PropFlow matches their phone to the roster. Unknown number? It asks for their student ID and matches them to their room automatically.

  3. 3

    A work order opens with the room, building and bed already attached, visible under Operations > Work Orders.

  4. 4

    Urgent issues surface on the dashboard's needs-attention panel with SLA tracking, so nothing critical waits.
